The NBUAA strongly condemns the attack on one of its member

The members of the North Bengal University Alumni Association.are shocked to learn the criminal attack and grave assault on Sri Asim Choudhury, Assistant Head Master of the Chittaranjan Higher Secondary School, Bagdogra near Shibmandir area on 14th Sept. by a group of anti-socials with criminal intent. Sri Choudhury is a member of the Executive Committee of the NBU Alumni Association and is a respected educationist of Siliguri.

The NBUAA strongly condemns this attack and the barbarism being let loose on peace-loving citizens as well as attempts to black out democratic freedom of individuals. The NBUAA requests the local police to investigate the crime and bring the culprits to justice at the earliest.
