Achievement of Alumnus

Ms. Soma Dutta, an alumnus from the Department of Geography and Applied Geography, NBU participated in the ASIAN PACIFIC MASTERS GAMES held at Penang, Malaysia as a representative of India. She obtained three Medals in the 60+ Age category : Gold in High Jump, Silver in Long Jump and Bronze in 100 mt. sprint events.

Soma has won Medals in many national and international events in the past few years. She has already been selected for the next ASIAN PACIFIC MASTERS GAMES Meet at Japan during May 14-30, 2021.
